In order to create the complex internal geometries of our cast parts, we carry out high-quality core production in our high-tech core machine park. The cores we produce with cold-box and other modern methods ensure that the inner surfaces of the parts are smooth and error-free after casting.

We use precise dosing and formulation techniques at every step from sand mixture preparation to the molding stage. With our in-house core production processes, we carry our casting quality to the highest level while bringing complex designs to life with high dimensional accuracy.
